Starting his career with the Information Technology
department of Daily Guide; one of Ghana’s biggest private news publishing houses,
Kwabena Asamoah Boahene JR’s hard work and devotion landed him an opportunity
to take charge of Daily Guide’s online news portal, www.dailyguideghana.com in 2013.
As a simple and result driven person who feels
accomplished when he takes up challenges that impacts society positively,
Kwabena covers all areas of news reporting. The success of entertainment
websites, spy360gh and magazinetv can be credited to his work.
He has his IT background to be grateful for
considering how it’s enabled him to remain updated on emerging web technologies and providing ideas to transform the news
sites.
Believing in the principle
of constantly picking lessons in life as a tool for personal growth, he still
considers himself a student; learning especially from journalists he has come
across in life in and outside of the Daily Guide fraternity.
Kwabena Asamoah Boahene Jr graduated from the
University of Ghana in Legon in 2011 with a degree in Social Administration and
has an IT certification in database administration NIIT.
